Cocoa Delight

Ni lagi satu resepi yg akem dpt dr myresepi.. pernah bawak kt opis skali ari tuh.. sedap. senang ngat nk buat esp kalu sesiapa yg ader dulang penerap cookies yg empat segi tuh.. siap jer adunan.. pastu masuk dlm loyang & terus terap.. tp kalu x der.. siap jer bakar, potong mase biskut nih panas2.. mcm kt dlm original resepi dr yani..

Bahan (utk 1 loyang)
200 gm mentega
160 gm gula perang
280 gm tepung gandum
60 gm serbuk koko
1/4 sudu kecil cinnamon powder
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1/4 sudu kecil garam

Cooking chocolate
Manik hiasan

Cara
1. Ayakkan tepung, serbuk koko, cinnamon powder dan baking powder. Masukkan ke dlm mangkuk bersama gula perang & garam. Gaulkan sebati.
2. Ramaskan mentega dgn bhn2 dlm mangkuk td sehingga sebati.
3. Padatkan adunan ke dlm loyang. Tekan dan lorekkan permukaan adunan menggunakan garfu, utk hiasan atas biskut. Simpan dlm fridge selama 1 jam.
4. Keluarkan dan terus bakar selama 30 minit dgn api sederhana.
5. Potong mase panas2. Sejukkan dan hias dgn coklat cair & manik berwarna.

Note:For those yg ader loyang penerap cookies empat segi, lepas siap tekan adunan ngan garfu.. terus terap dan bakar. pastu biarkan sejuk. Adunan nih x leh terap cam kuih lain sbb doh dia x padat.. nnt bterabur la pulak biskut tu nnt.
