Kek Gula Hangus

Ni khs utk K. Farah & K. Noor.. kalu2 nk mencuba. resepinye ringkas je.. cume byk pantang larang skit. Tp kalu dh jadik.. mmg puas hati. Ni resepi yg akma amik dr blog Teratak Chetam & dh alter a bit.

Kek Gula Hangus
Bahan-bahan
1 cwn gula pasir
1 cwn air panas
1 cwn tepung gandum
3/4 cwn susu pekat
1/4 cwn susu sejat
2 sudu teh soda bikarbonate
4 biji telur
2 sudu besar mentega
1/2 sudu kecil garam

Cara-cara
1. Masakkan gula dgn api sederhana hingga cair & perang.
2. Masukkan air panas perlahan2 (careful skit.. nnt meletup2 tau).
3. Masukkan garam & mentega. Sejukkan. (sebaiknya biarkan semalaman).
4. Ayak tepung & soda bicarbonate.
5. Pukul telur hingga betul2 kembang & pekat.
6.Masukkan susu pekat & susu cair. Kacau sebati.
7. Masukkan pula tepung. Sebatikan.
8. Akhir sekali masukkan air gula yg dh sejuk. Perap adunan selama 3-4 jam.
9. Tuang adunan atas loyang 8x8 inchi yg dialas dgn aluminium foil.
10. Bakar dgn api sederhana (dlm 160 degree) selama 40 - 50 minit (bawah shj). 10 minit terakhir, bakar dgn api atas & bawah utk pastikan permukaan kek masak.
