Kek Pisang

Ni resepi yg akem dpt dr sorang member kt UIA dulu.. senang ngat.. guna blender jer.. dh lama x buat kek pisang. Semalam petang ingatkn nk buat kek coklat yg K NoorE order, barang lak x cukup. Terpandang pisang emas atas meja makan tuh.. hehe.. apa lagi, projek la ;)

Kek Pisang
Bahan-bahan
1 cwn pisang emas (1 sisir pisang emas kecik)
1 cwn gula pasir
4 biji telur
1 cwn minyak masak
1/2 cwn susu segar
2 cwn tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1/2 cwn chocolate rice (optional)

Cara-cara
1. Blender telur & gula pasir hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan pisang emas yg dah dilecek, minyak masak & susu segar. Blend sebati.
3. Curahkan dlm mangkuk. Masukkan sedikit demi sediki tepung yang telah diayak dgn soda bikarbonat dlm adunan td. Guna handwhisk & kacau. Masukkan chocolate rice, kacau sebati.
4. Tuangkan adunan ke dlm loyang yg tlh digris & ditabur tepung.
5. Bakar selama 30-40 minit, api sederhana.

Note:
Utk presentation yg lebih menarik, esp utk kanak2.. masukkan ke dlm papercup & dihias dgn hirisan ceri merah. Bakar dlm 10 minit, api sederhana. Satu adunan boleh menghasilkan 100 biji cupcakes.
